The Marx Method: Phase 1 is an 8-week beginner strength and conditioning guide built to help you get started in the gym with structure, confidence, and consistency.
This program is designed for people who want to train but feel unsure about what to do, how to organize their workouts, or how to build cardio without overdoing it.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is to show up, learn the movements, track your progress, and build a foundation you can keep improving from.
Inside this guide, you’ll get:
• 8 weeks of structured beginner workouts
• 3 main strength training days per week
• Progressive treadmill walk-jog conditioning
• Weight tracking for sets, reps, and progress
• Guidance on how to choose your starting weight
• A simple warm-up approach
• Optional extra strength work introduced later in the program
• Exercise substitutions for different gym setups
• A Week 8 final check-in to reflect on your progress
This is not an extreme transformation program.
This is a starting point.
