Overview. By placing an order with Black Hat PHX, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Products. All Black Hat PHX apparel and accessories are made-to-order and produced on demand. We do not hold inventory. Because each item is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons.

Digital Products. The MARX Method is a digital product. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the program for your own individual fitness purposes. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of The MARX Method; share, upload, or publicly post the program or its contents in any format; resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any other person; claim the method, content, or programming as your own work; or use any part of The MARX Method for commercial purposes without written permission from Black Hat PHX.

Order Accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing your order — including size, color, and shipping address — before completing checkout. We are not liable for errors made at the time of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no charge. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Pricing. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Prices at the time of purchase are final.

Intellectual Property. All designs, graphics, brand assets, program materials, and content are the property of Black Hat PHX and Michael Marx. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability. Black Hat PHX is not liable for delays caused by our production or shipping partners, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
