Refund policy

All sales are final. Black Hat PHX apparel and accessories are made-to-order specifically for you, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference.

Digital Products. The MARX Method and any other digital products sold through Black Hat PHX are generally non-refundable once purchased or downloaded. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final unless the file is defective or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, or Black Hat PHX approves a refund at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about a digital purchase, contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback. We are reasonable and will work with you if there is a genuine issue.

Defective or Incorrect Items. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at blackhatphx@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
