How does it work?

Every Black Hat PHX piece is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. That means your item is custom printed just for you when you place your order. No mass production and no sitting in a warehouse. Fresh, unique, and made with care.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $70.

How long does shipping take? And can I return or exchange my order?

Since every order is printed on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Domestic (US) shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons. We encourage you to carefully review sizing information before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

What if my order is lost or never arrives?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to us and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins. After that, your item is already being made and we are unable to cancel.
