All Black Hat PHX orders are made on demand and fulfilled through Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 5–10 business days after production
International: 10–20 business days after production

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Black Hat PHX piece is made on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
