All Black Hat PHX orders are made on demand and fulfilled through Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

- International: 10–20 business days after production

Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with either a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
